You’ll be joining a high‑end resort in Terrigal known for its exceptional service standards and warm, professional atmosphere. The environment is polished, fast‑paced, and hospitality‑driven, offering guests a premium experience from the moment they arrive.
With a strong focus on presentation, customer engagement, and operational excellence, this organisation values people who take pride in delivering outstanding service.
Your new role
As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the resort and the key point of contact for all guest interactions.

- Lead daily reception operations and uphold service standards
Manage bookings, enquiries, check‑ins and check‑outs
Maintain accurate records and administrative processes
Provide warm, personalised guest engagement
Support operational workflows and ensure smooth day‑to‑day running
Work collaboratively with other reception staff – this is not a solo desk.
This is a dynamic, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and enjoys balancing customer service with strong administrative capability.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:
A strong background in customer service, concierge, hospitality, or front‑of‑house leadership

Experience managing bookings, enquiries, and administrative workflows
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to build rapport quickly and manage expectations professionally
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong computer literacy and confidence with booking systems
Availability to work an 8‑hour shift between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday
Leadership experience or the ability to guide and support others will be highly regarded.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary
A beautiful, resort‑style working environment
A supportive team that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Opportunities to develop leadership and operational skills
A role where you can take ownership, lead from the front, and make a meaningful impact every day
