Your New RoleAs Centre Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations of a high-volume orthodontic practice, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across customer service, clinical support, and treatment coordination.
Managing up to 150 short-cycle appointments per day, your role will be critical in ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team performance, and an outstanding patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a large frontline team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including rostering, workflow planning and operational oversight
- Managing budgets, consumables, and financial performance to meet revenue targets
- Driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture and resolving staff or customer issues effectively
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and patients
- Overseeing administrative processes, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Ensuring WHS standards, infection control and safety protocols are consistently upheld
You will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in supporting continued business growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager / Centre Manager within healthcare or a similar fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, develop and manage large teams
- Experience operating in high-volume environments with complex scheduling and workflow demands
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial targets and operational performance
- Proficiency in rostering systems and practice management/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Strong customer experience mindset with a premium service orientation
- Working With Children Check and a valid driving licence
