An established mining operation in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join its high-performing team. Supporting a busy site environment, this is an opportunity to become an integral part of an operation where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are highly valued. Operating on a FIFO roster from Perth, you will enjoy a varied position with exposure to multiple aspects of site administration and workforce support.

Your new role

As Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring administrative functions are delivered to a high standard. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and first-point-of-contact enquiries.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and workforce logistics.
  • Maintaining site rosters, timesheets, and leave records.
  • Processing site access requirements and onboarding documentation.
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate site records.
  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoice approvals.
  • Maintaining filing, document control, and correspondence registers.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Liaising with site personnel, contractors, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a Site Administration role within mining, resources, construction, civil, or a similar environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating workforce movements, travel, accommodation, and site administration activities.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • Exposure to site-based systems such as Inflight, Insite, Chris21, RosterOn, Mainpac, SAP, or similar will be highly regarded.
  • FIFO experience and an understanding of site-based operations will be beneficial.
