Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Officer to join their Perth-based team. This is a varied position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional front counter face-to-face and telephone customer service
  • Processing customer orders, returns, exchanges, and enquiries
  • Assisting customers with product fittings and related services in person
  • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Supporting the wider administration and service team with day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinating the receipting and dispatch of products and materials
  • Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to team KPI targets and service standards
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this your you would be a customer-focused administrator, with a bubbly personality and someone who thrives in a client-facing role.

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, reception, or customer support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to successfully obtain a National Police Clearance and Full Australian Working Rights
