Part-time Accounts Officer

This global leader in the production and supply of health products has their head office in Sydney and their key production site located on Brisbane's north side.

Your new role

Reporting to the finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of accounts receivable, payable and administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Raising and processing customer invoices
Creating and maintaining customer credit applications
Following up outstanding payments and managing collections
Reconciling bank statements and receipts
Maintaining accurate financial records
Scanning and filing documentation relating to product samples
Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, Finance Officer or similar role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience working with an ERP system (SAP experience highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when liaising with customers
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
