Your New Role

Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
  • Bank reconciliations using Xero
  • BAS preparation and reporting
  • Payroll processing
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Trust account receipting and compliance with QLS requirements
  • General bookkeeping and finance administration
  • Supporting internal compliance and financial processes

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience of at least 3 years
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero
  • Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous legal industry or trust accounting experience will be highly regarded
