Your new role

As a Lending Manager, you will own the full end-to-end lending journey, working with warm inbound enquiries and turning strong lending conversations into confident outcomes for customers. This is a relationship led role where you will assess complex applications, apply sound credit judgement, and guide customers from initial enquiry through to settlement. You will build trust quickly, identify referral and cross selling opportunities naturally, and deliver a high-quality experience at every touchpoint while working closely with credit, risk and operations teams in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Confidence leading customer‑focused lending conversations and building strong rapport

  • A natural ability to identify referral and cross-selling opportunities

  • Understanding of end-to-end credit assessment processes, including complex lending scenarios

  • Previous experience in a lending role within consumer home loans

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform in a fast-paced, inbound environment

  • FSR Tier 2 (RG146) and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
