• Leading operational risk, enterprise risk and controls assurance engagements
• Reviewing and designing risk management frameworks and governance structures
• Conducting control design and operating effectiveness assessments
• Facilitating risk assessments and supporting risk transformation initiatives
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive teams
• Providing risk advisory services and practical recommendations to clients
• Managing multiple engagements and ensuring successful project delivery
• Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within existing client accounts
• Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and risk management needs

• Experience in Risk Advisory, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk or Controls Assurance
• Exposure to risk framework design, framework reviews or enterprise risk management
• Strong understanding of operational and non-financial risk
• Experience performing control testing, controls assurance or risk assessments
• Consulting experience from a professional services environment or a large, complex organisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Financial services, insurance, banking or broader regulated industry experience will be highly regarded.
