Your new role
This is a highly autonomous, performance-driven role where you will manage your own portfolio and work directly with customers to secure positive financial outcomes.
You will engage customers face-to-face and over the phone, using your influencing and negotiation skills to agree on realistic, sustainable repayment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting customers in person and driving outcomes through effective conversations
- Negotiating tailored payment plans based on individual customer circumstances
- Securing repayments and managing ongoing payment arrangements
- Building rapport and influencing customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Managing your own pipeline and consistently working towards targets and KPIs
- Monitoring payment plans and proactively following up to ensure commitments are met
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
- Managing your own diary, schedule, and travel
- Travelling interstate (approximately one week every five weeks)
What you’ll need to succeed

- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Confidence handling objections and challenging conversations
- Proven experience working towards targets, KPIs, or commission structures
- A resilient, driven, and competitive mindset
- Experience in collections, sales, account management, or customer-facing roles highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
Essential requirements:
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Willingness to travel interstate (approximately one week per month, fully paid)
- Ability to pass background checks
