What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in residential mortgage credit assessment within a bank or non-bank lender
• Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) exceeding $1 million
• Experience assessing non-confirming applications
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to make balanced commercial credit decisions
• Strong stakeholder management experience with brokers, BDMs and internal teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume lending environment
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
