Your new company

As a skilled labourer working through Hays, you will be representing our business while working with a range of large, well-established construction companies.

Your new role

• Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, concreters, electricians, plumbers, and steel fixers.
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Site preparation and clean-up, including removing rubbish and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting in accordance with safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Current Construction White Card
• Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis clothing, steel-capped boots, safety glasses, gloves, and long workwear (If successful, we can provide PPE free of cost)
• Reliable transport to and from site

• Telehandler Ticket
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space Entry
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Dogman Licence
• Gas Test ticket
• Rigging Licence
• Scaffolding Licence
