Build genuine relationships with students, parents, guardians and accommodation providers, becoming a trusted source of advice and support.
Help create unforgettable first impressions by coordinating welcome events, orientations, wellbeing initiatives and student engagement activities.
Support students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them navigate life in Australia and settle into a new environment.
Manage important welfare, accommodation and compliance processes while ensuring every student feels supported and cared for.
Handle enquiries with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset, making a real difference in the student experience.
Work closely with a passionate and collaborative Student Wellbeing team who genuinely care about positive outcomes.
Strike the perfect balance between people interaction and administration, with no two days looking the same.
Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where young people can thrive academically, socially and personally.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in administration, customer service, student services, youth support, education or a similar environment
