The Company
A premier, tier-one national construction powerhouse recognised for shaping Australia's city skylines. With a reputation built on architectural excellence, structural integrity, and uncompromising safety, they specialise in delivering landmark, multi-million and billion-dollar high-rise residential and mixed-use towers. Due to several major project wins in the Brisbane market, they are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Structures Foreman to join the high-performing delivery team. The Role As a Structures Foreman, you will take total ownership of the project from the ground up. You will drive the structural cycle, managing everything from excavation, piling, and basements through to the jump form, post-tensioned suspended slabs, and core completion on a major high-rise development.

Structural Cycle Management: Oversee and optimise the tower's structural cycle time (slabs, columns, vertical elements, and core walls).

Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and hold accountable formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement, post-tensioning, and crane crews.

Safety & Formwork Compliance: Enforce strict Tier 1 WH&S policies, temporary works procedures, and engineered formwork sign-offs.

Logistics & Materials: Manage heavy site logistics, crane coordination, concrete delivery schedules, and material handling in a tight footprint.

Program & Quality: Drive daily and weekly programs to hit critical path milestones while ensuring strict adherence to structural engineering specifications.

Experience/Qualifications Required To be successful in this role, you will be a commanding leader with a strong backbone who thrives in fast-paced, high-risk structural environments. You know how to motivate a crew, maintain momentum, and solve complex structural challenges on the fly.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Structures Foreman / Supervisor on large-scale commercial or residential high-rise projects ($80M+ value minimum).

Trade Background: A carpentry background is highly advantageous, or a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.

Tier 1 or 2 Pedigree: Demonstrated experience working within structured Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 environments, with an expert understanding of jump form systems and complex temporary works.

Rigorous Safety Focus: Uncompromising attitude toward high-risk work activities, working at heights, and crane operations.

Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large subcontractor teams and drive production effectively.
