Job description

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities from commencement to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate fit out works and building services installations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project delivery.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with WHS requirements.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial fit out projects.
• Strong understanding of building services including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Relevant trade qualification, building qualification, or construction-related certification.
• White Card & up-to-date First Aid
