The Company
A premier, tier-one national construction powerhouse recognised for shaping Australia's city skylines. With a reputation built on architectural excellence, structural integrity, and uncompromising safety, they specialise in delivering landmark, multi-million and billion-dollar high-rise residential and mixed-use towers. Due to several major project wins in the Brisbane market, they are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Finishes Foreman to join the high-performing delivery team. The Role

Subcontractor Management: Lead, coordinate, and hold accountable structural, fit-out, and finishes subcontractors (drywall, joinery, tiling, services, painting).

Program & Milestones: Manage daily and weekly site programs, ensuring sequencing runs smoothly to hit critical path milestones.

Quality Assurance (QA): Implement and oversee rigorous QA processes to achieve a "defect-free" handover for luxury residential buyers.

Safety Leadership: Enforce strict Tier 1 WH&S policies and procedures on-site, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Design & Problem Solving: Review architectural drawings, identify discrepancies early, and collaborate with Project Engineers to resolve design/site issues.

Experience/Qualifications Required To be successful in this role, you will be a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You pride yourself on your sharp eye for detail and your ability to command respect on a busy live site.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Finishes Foreman / Supervisor on large-scale commercial or residential high-rise projects ($80M+ value minimum).

Trade Background: A carpentry or trowel-trade background is highly advantageous, or a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management.

Tier 1 or 2 Pedigree: Demonstrated experience working within structured Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 environments, understanding their QA and safety frameworks.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or PlanGrid) for defect tracking and diaries.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse subcontractor teams and liaise professionally with clients and consultants.
