CONCRETE GRINDER – FULL TIME 1 based out of Highett Metroplant & Civil is a well-established civil construction company delivering concrete maintenance and renewal works across Melbourne. We are expanding our grinding crews and are looking for 1 Concrete Grinders to join our team — one based out of Highett. We are happy to take experienced operators or train the right person from scratch. The Role
• Driving a small Kubota buggy to different locations daily
• Grinding trip hazards and uneven joints on concrete footpaths
• Working across council areas including Kingston, Bayside and Wyndham
• Following safe work procedures and wearing correct PPE at all times
• Working independently and as part of a small crew Hours
• 6:00am start at the yard
• 7:00am – 3:00pm onsite
• Full-time role with an initial casual trial period What You’ll Need
• White Card (essential)
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Willingness to work safely and reliably
• Experience in concrete grinding or civil works is an advantage, but not required What We Offer
