Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

You will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This position will suit a well-rounded Project Manager who has successfully delivered a variety of fit-out and refurbishment projects and enjoys working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects valued between $2M and $50M
• Leading project teams through all delivery stages
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing programme, cost and risk
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Driving project outcomes while maintaining quality standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Exposure to a broad range of sectors including commercial, education, aviation or government projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish
• Strong tenure with previous employers and excellent references
• Sydney market experience highly regarded
• A proactive, driven attitude and genuine passion for construction
