Job description
Join our 7-Eleven team as a Retail Store Manager overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. We’re looking for a reliable leader who can manage a small team, maintain merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and inventory control Lead, coach, schedule, and develop store associates to meet performance goals Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly Maintain store merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays per company standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years retail or convenience store experience; prior supervisory/manager experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills Basic math and cash-handling experience Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits: Salary 85k pa
