Location: Wetherill Park, NSW Full-Time Position Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super + Performance Incentives ABOUT THE ROLE As our Retail Showroom Manager, you'll lead our showroom team, drive sales performance, and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing showroom team
• Drive sales and achieve showroom targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily showroom operations and merchandising
• Recruit, train and develop team members
• Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard
