DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing action plans to address areas of improvement. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Promote a customer-first culture within the store. Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation Coordinate promotional activities and events. Conduct people safety and product safety audits

Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the grocery or retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial acumen and experience with sales analysis and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. A drive to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPI's An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards.
