Branch Manager Permanent Full-Time | Jandakot, WA PERSOL is partnering with a leading national supplier within the building products industry to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for their Western Australian operation based in Jandakot. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused leader to take ownership of a well-established branch, leading a capable team while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the continued success of the Western Australian business. The role As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Jandakot branch, overseeing all aspects of sales, customer service, warehouse operations, inventory management, safety and financial performance. Leading a team of eight employees, including an experienced Warehouse Manager, you will ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving key commercial objectives. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, strengthen customer relationships and support the organisation's continued national growth strategy. Key responsibilities You will lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational performance and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include driving branch sales and profitability, managing budgets and financial performance, overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. You will coach, mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximise operational efficiency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders will also be central to your success in this role. About you You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys taking ownership, building high-performing teams and delivering commercial results. You are equally comfortable leading from the front on the warehouse floor as you are reviewing financial performance or working with customers to deliver outstanding service. With a collaborative leadership style, you know how to motivate people, build accountability and create an environment where teams can thrive. You are proactive, commercially minded and committed to maintaining high safety standards while continuously looking for opportunities to improve business performance. Skills and experience To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience leading a branch, distribution centre, warehouse or operational business unit.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profit and loss performance.
Experience within building products, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, industrial distribution or a related trade environment.
Demonstrated success leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
A practical, solutions-focused leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day operations.
