Your new role

• End-to-end project management from head contract to handover
• Programming, procurement, and budget oversight
• Managing and supporting site teams and Contract Administrators
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
• Driving project performance and maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Ensuring strong communication and leadership across the team

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing similar large-scale residential or retirement living projects
• Ability to oversee high-volume builds (up to 150 dwellings per year)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Trade background (Carpentry preferred) and/or relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience with construction software (e.g. Jonas Premier) advantageous
• A team-focused attitude and cultural alignment with a collaborative business.
