Your new role

As the Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day construction activities across townhouse developments, ensuring builds run smoothly, safely, and to specification. You’ll coordinate trades, manage schedules, maintain site compliance, and uphold high standards of finish.
You’ll also provide clear updates to internal stakeholders and ensure each stage of the build is delivered on time and defect‑free.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong trade coordination — Ability to manage multiple trades and keep daily operations running efficiently.
  • Quality‑driven oversight — A sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering a polished final product.
  • Clear communication skills — Confidence in providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experience in residential construction, ideally townhouse or multi‑res builds.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
