Your new company
Our client is a well-established, multi-asset builder with one of the most diverse project portfolios in the market. Their work spans medium-density developments, project housing, and small-scale commercial builds, including a strong pipeline of childcare projects.

Your new role
Due to continued growth and a number of recent project acquisitions across the Eastern seaboard, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator to join their Special Projects team. In this role, you will focus on a portfolio of childcare centre developments alongside medium-density projects.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and issuing quotation requests to suppliers and key subcontractors

• Completing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for labour and material procurement

• Reviewing and analysing cost breakdowns in line with project budgets

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• A strong estimating background across medium-density, residential, or commercial construction (experience with childcare projects highly regarded)

• Proficiency in estimating software such as Databuild, Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to provide and receive feedback

• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-performing team environment
