Your new role
You will take ownership of end-to-end People & Culture across a workforce of 85+ employees, spanning across multiple network operations. The function is being rebuilt, giving you the chance to shape processes, influence culture, and drive outcomes.

As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a growing headcount
  • Partner with leaders to support performance management and development
  • Design and implement employee wellbeing programs
  • Lead training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives
  • Maintain and optimise HR systems, including BambooHR
  • Provide day-to-day P&C advice across a diverse workforce
  • Support a business undergoing structural and operational change

What you will need to succeed
  • Strong generalist HR or P&C experience with hands-on delivery
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environments
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across leadership and site teams
  • Experience in construction or childcare is highly regarded
  • Ability to work on-site and stay connected to operations
  • A team-first mindset with a practical, adaptable approach
