Your new role

Reporting to the Global HR Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing end-to-end HR support across a broad range of employee and organisational matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advice and guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters

• Partnering with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives

• Coaching managers through performance management and employee-related matters

• Supporting WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work processes

• Managing onboarding and offboarding activities

• Supporting recruitment processes and employment documentation

• Maintaining HR policies, procedures and compliance records

• Assisting with remuneration reviews, engagement surveys and workforce reporting

• Providing advice on awards, entitlements, parental leave and HR policies

• Contributing to learning and development initiatives and broader People & Culture projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role

• Strong knowledge of employee relations and industrial relations practices

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes

• Understanding of WHS legislation, workers compensation and return-to-work processes

• Experience supporting performance management and organisational change initiatives

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
