Your new role
Reporting to the Global HR Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing end-to-end HR support across a broad range of employee and organisational matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advice and guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters
Partnering with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives
Coaching managers through performance management and employee-related matters
Supporting WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work processes
Managing onboarding and offboarding activities
Supporting recruitment processes and employment documentation
Maintaining HR policies, procedures and compliance records
Assisting with remuneration reviews, engagement surveys and workforce reporting
Providing advice on awards, entitlements, parental leave and HR policies
Contributing to learning and development initiatives and broader People & Culture projects
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of employee relations and industrial relations practices
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes
Understanding of WHS legislation, workers compensation and return-to-work processes
Experience supporting performance management and organisational change initiatives
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
