Your new company

This well-known organisation is currently in an exciting growth phase and leads the way in their industry. Now is an exciting time to join their growing team, and they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their growing payroll team. This full-time permanent role will be based in their Milton offices, which are located close to various public transport links. Working from home options (2–3 days) will be available after training.


Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work in a thriving environment and will be responsible for the following:
  • Setting up new employees on the payroll system
  • Preparing and processing fortnightly payrolls
  • Termination calculations
  • Assisting with process improvement
  • Responding to payroll queries and escalating as required

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
  • Previous medium to high volume payroll experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in working in a busy payroll department
