Job description

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions
• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain strong financial controls
• Manage debtor control and collections processes
• Administer intercompany and intra-group transactions
• Prepare employment contracts and support employment administration activities
• Assist with financial reporting, activity statements, payroll tax and statutory compliance requirements
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to efficient financial operations
• Work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders across the business

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or senior accounting position
• Strong understanding of accounting operations within a complex business environment
• Experience managing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Xero is highly regarded
• Reliable, proactive and willing to get involved across all areas of the business
