Your new role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a major refinery operation in the Gladstone region. These positions offer a lifestyle roster , working 12-hour day and night shifts , with ongoing opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties, including hosing, shovelling, and plant clean-up
• Rubbish and waste removal across operational areas
• Assisting with basic sampling activities
• Providing general labouring support to operational and maintenance teams
• Maintaining safe and clean work areas in accordance with site standards
• Following site procedures and safety requirements at all times

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous labouring experience in heavy industry, mining, refinery, or shutdown environments highly regarded
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks
• Comfortable working in a refinery environment on rotating day and night shifts
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within established crews
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
