Our client is a well-established, family-owned business providing crane maintenance and inspection services across the Bowen Basin mining region. Your new role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Crane Technician / Electrician to join a growing team working across various mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, fault-finding and repair of overhead cranes, jib cranes and associated lifting equipment. Working a 4/3 roster with 12-hour shifts, you will support a range of mining clients while contributing to safe and efficient site operations. This is a long-term opportunity with an ASAP start for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Current Electrical Licence

• Current Driver's Licence

• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment

• Current Coal Board Medical

• Current LVR/CPR Certification

• Experience working on overhead and/or jib cranes highly regarded

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards

• Must be residentially based in Mackay
