Your new role
As the Design & Configuration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing system design and drafting functions, ensuring outputs are compliant, accurate, and aligned to required standards. You will manage configuration across the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring robust documentation, traceability, and engineering integrity are upheld. This position requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on design capability, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, production, and external design / compliance partners.What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced marine engineering professional with qualifications in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering. You'll also need a proven background in regulated marine design environments / specialist boatbuilding.What you'll get in return
