• Managing bespoke contract arrangements and complex commercial frameworks
• Leading contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution activities
• Working closely with project teams, contractors and key external stakeholders
• Identifying commercial risks and implementing corrective actions before issues escalate
• Supporting commercial strategy, governance and executive reporting requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across project partners and network stakeholders
• Ensuring commercial processes, controls and approvals are robust and consistently applied
• Leading and mentoring a sizeable commercial team while supporting future team growth

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in major infrastructure or mega-project environments
• Experience working on projects valued at $5 billion or greater
• Strong knowledge of bespoke contract models and non-standard commercial arrangements
• Demonstrated experience managing claims, disputes and complex contractual issues
• Previous exposure to Tier 1 contractors and large infrastructure delivery programmes
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• The ability to operate effectively within complex regulatory and governance environments
• A systems and process-focused approach with strong attention to detail
