Your new role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised exercise programmes for clients with a range of health conditions and rehabilitation needs
  • Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing
  • Educate and empower clients to achieve sustainable health and lifestyle outcomes.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to maximise results.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Liaise with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders regarding client care
  • Contribute to a collaborative and patient-focused team environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Exercise Physiology
  • ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
  • Strong understanding of exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base across all ages and abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current driving licence and relevant clearances as required
