CNC Operator / Trade Assistant

Hays Trades & Labour is working with a respected manufacturing business that specialises in precision engineering and machining solutions. Due to an increase in demand, they are looking for an experienced Machinist / CNC Operator to join their workshop team.


Your new role

You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, conducting quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience operating CNC machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience with machine setup and tooling changes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
