The team at Flexiforce are searching for an experienced and skilled CNC Laser Operator to join a reputable manufacturing company based in Goulburn.
In this position, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and productive operation of CNC laser cutting machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Program, set up, and maintain CNC laser cutting equipment
• Perform pre-operation checks and troubleshoot as required
• Ensure machinery complies with safety standards and regulations
• Configure and operate machinery in line with standard procedures
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements
• Monitor operations and inspect finished products for quality
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximise efficiency
• Carry out minor maintenance and report major repair needs
• Adhere to all WHS policies and safety procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
