The team at Flexiforce are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Goulburn.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of brake press machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Set up, program, and maintain brake press machinery
• Conduct pre-operation checks and troubleshoot issues as required
• Ensure machinery complies with safety standards and regulations
• Operate and configure equipment in line with standard procedures
• Calibrate and adjust settings to meet operational requirements
• Monitor production output and ensure product quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with team members to improve workflow efficiency
• Perform minor maintenance and escalate major repairs when necessary
• Follow WHS and safety procedures at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Proven experience operating a brake press machine
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
