Client Administrator

Your new company

Join a well-established financial planning firm located in Melbourne CBD. Supporting a portfolio of long-standing clients, this organisation provides a range of financial services and advice solutions in a professional and client-focused environment. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking two experienced Client Services Administrators to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract.

Your new role

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the broader support team, you will play a key role in delivering a positive client experience while ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client enquiries via phone and email

• Managing appointments and coordinating adviser schedules

• Preparing client documentation, reports and correspondence

• Maintaining accurate client records and databases

• Processing client requests and administrative transactions

• Following up outstanding documentation with clients and providers

• Supporting advisers with administrative tasks and reporting requirements

• Assisting with general office administration and client service activities

What you'll need to succeed


• Previous administration experience within financial services, accounting, professional services or a client-focused environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong systems skills and confidence learning new processes

• Professional and proactive approach to client service
