Your new role
In this leadership position, you will oversee all administration, procurement, customer service administration, internal sales support, service administration, office management, and business support functions. You will lead multiple teams, drive process improvement, manage supplier relationships, and act as a key link between Sales, Service, Warehouse, Finance, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Leadership & Team Management — mentoring staff, managing performance, recruitment, training, and resource allocation.
Strategic Administration Management — developing systems, policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer Service & Business Support — overseeing customer enquiries, service standards, escalations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Service Administration — managing scheduling, reporting, warranty processes, and service delivery optimisation.
Internal Sales Support — quotation workflows, order processing, CRM data quality, forecasting support, and territory manager assistance.
Purchasing & Procurement — supplier management, negotiations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, cost savings, compliance, and reporting.
Marketing & Communications — coordinating marketing materials, digital content, events, and branding.
Business Systems & Process Management — ERP/CRM ownership, data integrity, reporting tools, and process optimisation.
Financial & Commercial Administration — PO management, invoicing oversight, budgeting support, expenditure monitoring, and contract administration.
Compliance & Governance — support, audits, document control, and corporate record management.
Executive Support — preparing reports, coordinating leadership activities, and supporting strategic projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Leadership experience in administration, procurement, or business operations.
Strong commercial, operational, and procurement capability.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional business support activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship‑building skills.
Advanced organisational, analytical, and project management capability.
Experience developing and improving business processes.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems, purchasing and inventory platforms, and ideally Power BI.
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar.
Personal attributes include being strategic, highly organised, commercially aware, resilient, and a natural leader who empowers teams and drives performance.
