You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring claims are managed appropriately, stakeholders remain informed, and employees receive the support required throughout their recovery and return to work journey. While there will be some on-site engagement required, the majority of the role can be undertaken remotely, including meetings conducted via Microsoft Teams.
