Lamonts Bishops House is located in Perth, Western Australia. We are a fine dining establishment and host high end corporate functions and weddings. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive waitpersons to join our team in a Full-time, permanent role.

Salary: range from $76,000 to $80,000pa plus superannuation (subject to suitable qualifications)

The right individual for this position would: · Have experience as a formal service waiter · Demonstrate a professional, upbeat and friendly personality · Be an excellent communicator. · Have a strong understanding of the hospitality business. · Ensure that all health, safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. · Have their RSA qualification

The main duties for this role are: • setting and arranging tables • greeting customers and presenting them with menus, water and beverage lists • taking orders and relaying them to kitchen • serving food and beverages • opening bottles and pouring beverages • clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen • removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses • collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers • keeping the restaurant clean • practicing the correct workplace health and safety procedures • recommend wines to complement food

Requirements: • 38 hour work week • 4 weeks annual leave per year • Must be available and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holiday shifts • AT least 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role • Working rights required for this role
