We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead venue operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations including hospitality, staff leadership, financial performance, events, customer experience, and brand growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone passionate about hospitality, tourism, and regional lifestyle. You will take ownership of the venue, implementing systems, processes and structures to ensure that the business runs efficiently and profitable.
