You’ll be part of a dynamic Tax Services team in Adelaide, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax matters while building lasting relationships

Your new role

Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for Tax Consultants at Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager levels.
In this role, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services. Depending on your level, your responsibilities may include:
  • Managing and strengthening client relationships through proactive and high-quality service delivery
  • Supporting or leading the preparation and review of income tax returns, FBT returns and other compliance obligations
  • Preparing and/or reviewing tax effect accounting calculations and consolidated tax returns
  • Conducting tax research and assisting in the drafting of technical advice
  • Supporting ATO engagements including risk reviews, audits and private binding rulings
  • Assisting with R&D tax incentives, transfer pricing and broader tax advisory projects
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their development
  • Contributing to internal technical training and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations to a high professional standard

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Progression towards or completion of CA, CPA, CTA or MTax qualifications
  • Experience within a Big 4 or mid-tier tax or business advisory environment (or strong Business Services experience with a desire to specialise in tax)
  • Strong technical tax knowledge appropriate to your level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience mentoring or leading others (Manager and Senior Manager levels)
