Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Hays team and work onsite with our high-profile client in the financial services industry supporting a RPO model. This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.
As a trusted partner to the client, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while delivering a tailored, high-quality hiring experience. You’ll be supported by a team of dedicated sourcing consultants and a centralised team that manages background checks and onboarding administration, allowing you to focus on stakeholder engagement and delivery.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job brief through to onboarding
• Effectively manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including both high-volume and professional positions
• Deliver a mix of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions, supported by dedicated sourcing and compliance teams
• Partner with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution
• Provide specialist advice, support and recommendations on specific market conditions
What you'll need to succeed
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Highly organised and process-driven professional who excels in managing complex workflows and ensuring operational efficiency
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes
• Solution-focussed, collaborative, and proactive in approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence
