As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for maximise fee performance by effectively managing all aspects of the recruitment process

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing new client relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering against individual and team revenue targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing expert market advice and tailored talent solutions to clients across permanent and temporary hiring.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

  • Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates through a range of channels, conducting interviews, reference checks and market mapping activities.

  • Proactively manage candidate pipelines, providing career guidance, timely feedback and outstanding candidate experiences.

  • Utilise CRM systems and recruitment technologies to effectively manage client and candidate activity while ensuring compliance with company policies and market best practice.
