Your new role

We’re currently recruiting an internal Hays Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high profile MSP client based in Melbourne CBD. This is a full time 12 month role commencing immediately with 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contractor lifecycle for a workforce of contractors, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, hiring managers, senior stakeholders and Talent Acquisition teams across the business.

  • Oversee contractor compliance, onboarding, offboarding and aftercare processes, including managing escalations and resolving issues.

  • Coordinate contractor payroll, invoicing and purchase order processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

  • Provide workforce support and advice, including contractor extensions, resource planning, coverage solutions and policy guidance.

  • Drive contractor engagement through regular communications, reporting and newsletters while maintaining high levels of service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • End-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment on a temp desk

  • Working knowledge of contractor management, compliance, payroll processes and employment-related queries.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with hiring managers, contractors and senior leaders while balancing competing priorities.

  • Excellent judgement, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business information.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence, challenge and push back when required while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
