Your new role
Reporting into a supportive People & Culture team, you will provide operational HR support across both office and manufacturing workforces. This role will focus on employment contracts, employee changes, HR administration and responding to employee and manager queries through a ticketing system.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting employment contracts and employment variations
Supporting employee lifecycle activities and workforce movements
Responding to People & Culture queries from employees and leaders
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Assisting managers and employees with queries related to policies, templates and processes
Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives
Working within a complex industrial environment with multiple EAs and Awards
This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and is being offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover an internal secondment.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in HR, People & Culture, HR Operations or Shared Services
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks accurately
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Experience working with HRIS systems, ideally SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded
Exposure to industrial environments or Award/EA interpretation will be beneficial but not essential
