• Providing trusted HR advice and support to leaders and managers
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
• Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and capability development initiatives
• Preparing employment contracts, letters of offer and employment variations
• Managing onboarding, induction, probation and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce data
• Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Preparing workforce reports, people analytics and compliance reporting
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and services
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures

• Previous experience in a generalist Human Resources or People & Culture Advisor role
• Strong recruitment and employee lifecycle management experience
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Experience maintaining HR systems, workforce data and reporting
• A proactive and continuous improvement mindset
