As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be stepping into an environment that values professionalism, communication, and consistency on every build.

Your New Role

You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations across multiple residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. This includes coordinating trades, managing materials, resolving on‑site issues, maintaining compliance, and keeping stakeholders updated throughout each stage of the build. You’ll be the key on‑site leader responsible for driving progress and maintaining quality from start to finish.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Residential construction experience: Proven background supervising builds within the Australian housing sector.
  • Organisation & communication: Strong skills to manage trades, schedules, and client expectations.
  • WHS knowledge: Solid understanding of safety requirements and the ability to maintain a safe, compliant site.
  • Problem‑solving: Confidence to make decisions on the spot and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Quality focus: Commitment to workmanship standards and professional site presentation.
