Your new company

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy construction team in NSW.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of a complex construction project, ensuring successful outcomes across all aspects including programme, cost, quality, safety and environmental performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.


Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements
  • Manage project financials, forecasting and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Lead, develop and mentor project team members
  • Ensure all contractual requirements are adhered to throughout the project life cycle

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring:
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring project teams
  • Strong track record delivering projects with a focus on safety, quality and environmental compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
