About us Peritus is an established recruitment services provider known for our extensive global talent network and our commitment to service excellence. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record and a strong global client and candidate network to join our team.

Role overview In this pivotal role you will leverage your extensive global professional network to connect with, attract and place high calibre candidates across our client base. You will build and grow Peritus's global candidate and client network, manage a mid to senior level candidate base across both contract and permanent placements, develop and deliver to new clients, and provide a seamless experience for candidates and clients. This is a full 360 degree role and our expectation is that you will hit the ground running and require minimal supervision.

Tasks and duties
• Build, grow and maintain a strong global professional network to identify and engage high calibre candidates.
• Leverage your global network to expedite the placement process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across our client base.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for both contract and permanent roles from briefing through to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates and assess their suitability against client requirements.
• Advise clients on labour market conditions, salary benchmarking and talent strategy.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practice and emerging talent.

Qualifications and experience
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• A strong and established global candidate and client network.
• Track record of successfully placing candidates into contract and permanent roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet the needs of clients.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business.
